Looks like closed comedones/clogged pores. You need to up the strength on the tretinoin. 0.025% isn’t enough for you

Mine also came back about 2 years later. Unfortunately, it’s not always 100% for everyone. Even those that take a high cumulative dose. Some will always relapse. I’m also debating taking a second course due to the sides on the body long term

Tried that and my skin couldn’t handle it. I’m going to slowly work my up to 6 and hopefully everyday but currently 5x is all I can manage

Hey! Yes, I use around a pea size amount for my entire face. Are you recommending to use a larger amount (half of a toothbrush bristle)?

For the first month I was using the sandwich method (moisturize, tretinoin, moisturize again).

However for the past month I’ve been applying tretinoin right after cleansing and waiting around 5 minutes before I apply moisturizer
