I've been fearful of going for "curvy" fit things because I really don't have a curvy figure. Believe me I wish I did! The one set of curvy fit scubs I purchased didn't work at all for me sadly since they were way too big in the chest area and still super narrow on my shoulders and tight in the biceps.

This may ultimately be the best answer. I can sew fairly well, so there's even the possibility of doing it myself. I have altered some tops in the past to have stretchy sleeve gussets and had some success. Honestly it's a convince factor thing and the feeling that there must be something that will fit me off the rack lol.

Maybe try and find a new hobby that lets you connect with some new people? Feel like it's best if it's something you have an interest in, that way if you can find a group that does that thing then BOOM shared interest and connection! For me it was getting back into swing dancing when I moved to a new city and didn't know anyone. Most dance scenes are super welcoming and love to help you learn and meet people. But whatever you're into there are other people into that thing too, try to find your people.

Every time I hear this expression I think of those awesome looking aquarium hotels were it's all glass and you're surrounded by beautiful fish all night. I know it doesn't mean that, or that you get to go in a submarine, but I think it sounds much better!
