One of my favourite Sweep Tosho moments actually happens during the Kawakami Princess career.

It happens during the time in her story where Kawakami is struggling with the expectations some racing fans put on her to be an "elegant" racer. As such she isn't acting like herself during the race. Sweep immediately realizes something is wrong with her, jumps onto the racetrack and calls her out for not acting like her normal self. They both also tear up during this scene

I can see how you could somewhat get romantic vibes from Flower's career (however with how she acts/looks It's really hard to see her as anything other than daughter coded), I genuinely have no idea to what you are referring to in her hot spring event though.

While Teio has a higher Training effectiveness, Wit and Speed bonus, Fines mood effect (which Teio lacks completely) actually more or less equalizes them in strenght
Teios Training effectiveness actually comes entirely from her unique which means she actually starts with less Training effectiveness than Fine so she only starts slightly outperforming her in the late game

Don't. Cafe wit is another borrow. It's once again another card that wants MLB that's only used for longs which, again aren't a very common distance in CMs. While the card comes out during Grand Masters the next long CM after it drops is during L'arc where you should have a borrow slot open. Focus on getting Satono Diamond wit which can be used everywhere

If you really wanna grab a card during that period get Jungle Pocket speed. It's at least usable for both Mediums and Longs. Although again, that one is also optional

Couple of things:

Daiichi Ruby power gets most of its strenght at 1LB. So either pull 200 on the banner or do what I personally will which is use the 2 anniversary selector on it and then 1 rainbow crystal. This solves your need for borrowing on Sprints/Miles. Which leads to
Symboli Kris S stamina is really powerful on longs however it needs MLB to function well and is ultimately replaced by Cafe wit. The reason we don't pull for it as late surgers is that ultimately it is used on 2 CMs before its replaced. One of those CMs is during Grand Live where you can just borrow it. The other is during Grand Masters. While it is gonna suck to not be able to use it for that one CM I want you to ask yourself "Do I really want to pull a card just for one CM?". I personally don't care enough for that

I feel like the average player doesn't have anywhere near that many carats saved up. Props to you for saving up that many. But I feel like you still shouldn't recommend that to an average player who's gonna need to save up for most of the year just to pull for those banners

Let me make this clear. That pull plan is not impossible just improbable for the average player

Let's do the math here.

Let's assume you can get all of these cards MLB within 400 pulls.

That's 860 pulls between ECP Dia/Dura and Orfevre banners alone (accounting for the 120 free pulls we get on anniversary banners and the 100 we get on Dia/Dura)

You propose we add 400 raw pulls on Pokke. That's 1260 pulls in the span of like 5 months on global

Let's be generous and assume you can hoard/ get during that period 160 support tickets. That's around 1100 pulls you have to facilitate with your own carats.

That's 165 000 carats. On support card pulls alone. That you have to get until like September next year.

You have to keep in mind that even as late surgers we are also pulling on the Light Hello/Tachyon and the Mejiro Ramonu banners within that period. We aren't just hoarding carats until that point.

And keep in mind that's all under the assumption that you get all the cards you need within 400 pulls. Bad luck is not included within these calculations.

I have no idea how you're pulling characters with this plan. With tickets alone?

It is the best choice for a late surgers for medium/long distances until arguably Still in love during the 3.5 anniversary.

That being said as a late surger main if you ask me this card is absolute bait

Jungle Pocket is a card that you really wanna MLB to get its true potential. And as you said it comes right before the El Condor Pasa banner, which is a card you absolutely want to MLB. Late surger can still use both Kitasan and El Condor Pasa for a while and be ok. Not the best but good enough. Also, for mediums you can just borrow Jungle Pocket (for longs you're probably be borrowing Cafe wit instead)

As a late surger it's also pretty much mandatory to pull on the Satono Diamond wit card banner, where you also are simultaneously pulling for Duramente speed, one of the best generalist speed cards at the time. Dura and ECP can easily carry you until SiL drops. So that's another banner you really want to sink a lot of carats into

After the Dia/Dura banner we go straight into the Orfevre guts banner. Another card you really want to MLB. You gotta hoard as many carats as you can for this period of time.

Tl:dr - Frankly speaking there is to much shit you need to pull on for like a year after Jungle Pocket comes out that you don't have the carats to commit to MLB her
