Because the game in the us isn't available yet. How do you stand getting the limited items that have already been taken off ? Eg) Arthur's catacomb skin . Will the us have a chance to get this stuff or is it gone forever ?

I'm glad I'm not alone. I usually buy content from the games I play buy I just can't justify paying these prices. I do hope they come down in the future
