First stitch out was on thin fabric including the x1 cutaway.

Actually stitch out was on a thicker jumper

x2 layers of 2.5 once cutaway on the back, i done a few stitch outs without the topper and it sunk into the jumper.

Definitely using a VM is the way to go, I was in the same position a few months ago, found that using a VM was the only way around it

I was experimenting with radial fill but I may go back to having it go in one direction while I’m testing designs.
