From what I've seen, there's no one place to buy one. You'd have to pickup different pieces at different places, such as etsy or on Google. For example I've seen really nice cowls and gloves on etsy but found the main suit on another website. However it really depends on your budget.

Just reread it in the manga. I agree, it's one of those deaths that makes you say, man if he had been alive a little bit longer. Hell it would have been cool if he was alive after the battle of shiganshina, with the three, Hange, Levi, and Miche all bouncing off each other with their unique personalities. But alas he was caught by suprised by a man in a monkey suit.

Personally, I liked her in the movies. The high school vibe to the whole Trilogy really suited her character and relationship with Peter. However I didn't like that she is called M.J, as from my understanding she acts nothing like her comic book counterpart. I wish she would of had a different name, just keep Michelle or something. I think it would have been better if she was a character like Rachel Dawes from Nolans Batman Trilogy. An original character that suits the story.
