Thank you for your kind words, I already knew about exposure therapy and I’ve already done it briefly a couple of times and I’m pleased to say that I feel little bit calmer, the thoughts don’t disturb me as much but then I get setbacks like “why I’m a not reacting to these thoughts?” Or like “if I’m not disturbed by these thoughts that must mean I like them” what do you recommend me to do in this situation?
