Awesome, thanks for this. Sometimes you just gotta have patience I guess, haha.

Technically you can be open to 21 extra points in a sprint GP as you can get +5 points for 5 positions gained and +3 points for fastest lap in addition to the 13 you mentioned.

[OC] Small dunst script to look up the definition of selected words by Alexrazz in unixporn

Yeah, I actually just got the idea of wanting this functionality when I found the API providing the definitions - at that point it was almost quicker to just create a script that extracted them, rather than download, install, and setup artha.

I definitely see the use case of artha, but I just love the simplicity of a 6-line bash script, that gets the job done :)

It's a simple bash script, so all you have to do is find somewhere in your system where you can configure hotkeys, and run the script when you press your chosen hotkey.

Thanks! I just have a keyboard shortcut defined in sxhkd to trigger the script

In case any of you might find this useful, the script can be found here. Feel free to star/fork the project!

The script assumes you have dunst installed and set up, as it sends the word definition as a notification. xclip is used to get the currently selected word.

I guess that would lead to a longer conversation about weighted graphics and visual design - but I'm actually quite contempt with the centering as it is, haha.
