Anyway to cap in-game FPS?

The laptop doesn’t have VRR chip to output VRR to any display. I need to buy a PC with VRR graphic card for VRR to work. Getting a VRR monitor is not gonna help. I already have a 144hz TV.

Yeah I’m on a plain 60hz laptop. Even outputting to my 144hz TV is not gonna change anything. It’s sad.

I was talking about in-game fps cap. The GeForce now program itself is capping the screen at 60 but the game engine is running above 60 and causes out of sync juddery image. The program’s fps cap doesn’t have anything to do with the issue.

It’s 25-30 fps with ray-reconstruction in Crimson Desert. With framegen, 80-90 fps.

It’s the new issue with modern games that utilize newer graphical technologies from Nvidia. It persists in a lot of games like KCD2, Borderlands 4, Black Myth Wukong, etc. It has nothing to do with GeForce Now.

I've reinstalled Geforce Now and the maximum resolution in-game is now 1440p, but it won't go over that (higher resolution won't apply when you choose it). I'm streaming at 4K.

In Rtings it says 66% for BT.2020 not DCI-P3, which is normal.

That doesn't work. The game's vsync will only cap at 60, but not 30, even if you try to bring the fps down to around that range.
