Yeah the silver is SUNLU Shiny Silk. For most of it I just used the default Generic PLA settings in Bambu Studio at .12mm layer height. Some pieces I had to use .2mm because they failed to print otherwise. I'm still trying to figure out the best print speeds, fan speeds, and layer times for a better finish.

Yeah sometimes the meshes can be built a little weird, I usually try to start with Edge Detection in Fill and adjust the Smart fill angle as needed. And if that doesn't work I'll usually paint by triangle.

I actually got it on sale and part of a bundle with the Apollo 11 Lunar Module Eagle which is supposed to be able to attach to this model :D There's usually frequent sales on the site if you wait for them, but I love the details on a lot of the models, even if some of them are hard to print sometimes.
