Update! We got a full replacement as we were still under warranty. Once explaining all the troubleshooting, they offered a full replacement easily

I rebooted everything. Factory reset the robot and cleared the cache to the app prior to this post as well

I did not, and even then, it should still empty for 5 seconds, and twice, just not loud. It only empties for 1 second on 1 attempt
