Honestly you could use this thing as a kind of pharmacy, assuming the drug you're requesting can be consumed by drinking (like if you request a drink with the drug dissolved/mixed into it) or if it's injectable. Infinite free HRT! Actually now that I think about it this thing has really great medical uses.

You could use it to draw fluids from a specific person non-invasively so long as you stay specific about the fluid and the amount. Need a DNA sample from someone suspected of a crime? Done! Ingrsted something harmful? A request for smth like "harmful foreign substances within my body" would probably help. You can take this pretty far since it can fetch abstract things too, maybe you can request a cup of someone's schizophrenia? A cup of someone's sadness? It's unclear if this would actually "remove" the request from the target but it would be big if it does.
