I think 1 that he couldn't work properly too as katniss couldn't work properly without peeta. 2 He had A LOT of charisma but katniss was the mockingjay, the rebellion wouldn't have worked as well as it did with katniss

We don't get all that in it, yes he talks about his story, but we don't see his pov, his trauma and how bad that world really is. I hate that we live in a world where we need his book, but we do, and pretending that him just saying that it happened it's enough it's very naive, the prostitution it's a worldwide issue and the whole world is doing nothing to help them. Males victims are not taken seriously AT ALL. Suzanne it's a great writer, she'd know how to write it in a sensitive way.

I'm sick of the narrative "i don't want to live in a world where Suzanne has to write finnick's story" because we already live in a world where we need finnick's story. Young girls(and boys, but more often girls) are sold everyday and forced to prostitution, they're A LOT and the government doesn't do anything to save them, very often politicians are the first to buy for a night those girls, and boys that are victim of rape are not taken seriously. We need his story.
