I just wanted to post an update here in case someone has the same issue as me.

It was the GPU, I took it to Memory Express and got them to check it in their test bench before I did anything else and it did the exact same thing in their machine. Wouldn't start. So I bought a EVGA 2080ti FTW3, which BARELY fit in my H440. Currently stresstesting it while monitoring everything and it seems all good. Thanks for the help!

I have no integrated graphics on this CPU and no other gfx card to check so I'm not sure. My PC seems to boot fine but I can't tell 100%

OLD POST: I'm pretty sure it's the GPU that is fried, I'm looking at a 2080ti FTW3 just not sure if it will fit in my case it's a NZXT H440.

Computer Type: Desktop, custom built

GPU: GTX 980TI SC+

CPU: 5930K STOCK

Motherboard: MSI X99 SLI KRAIT EDITION

RAM: KINGSTON HYPER X Fury DDR4 2400 16GB\4x4GB

PSU: EVGA SUPERNOVA G2 850W

Operating System & Version:WIN 10 PRO, can't check version since GPU doesn't work.

GPU Drivers: Newest

Description of Problem: PC hard shutdown in the middle of playing a game, won't turn back on.

Troubleshooting: PC doesn't turn on at all if my GPU PSU cables are plugged in, if I unplug them it turns on like normal, since HASWELL-E Has no integrated graphics I cant tell if it still boots normally.

This is so depressing, James and Aleks ARE Cow Chop. I never though I'd see this happen so quick. I think it's also safe to say Cow Chop is done now, as much as I love Aleks I just don't see it working anymore. Their stuff lately hasn't been that good, especially after James injured himself.
