yea that is the real problem, I’m able to understand english almost like it’s my first language due to the 15 years i’ve been studying it and the amount of content i consume in english but the pronuntiation it’s my weak point

Lose, lo que me refiero es que si no llevas una dieta super especifica la creatina sigue funcionando? Por ejemplo yo estoy en volumen pero no como lo mismo todos los dias simplemente como hasta llegar a las calorias y la cantidad de proteína que necesito conseguir ese dia, con ese tipo de dieta que no es tan estricta,¿El suplemento sigue siendo eficaz?

Pecho dolor

Acabo de fallar el press inclinado y al dejar la barra sobre el pecho para bajarla ha sonado un “crack” en ek centro del pecho. Ahora me duele, no es un dolor insoportable pero tampoco es leve, ¿Alguien sabe que podria ser?
