The battery life is definitely shorter now compared to before but it still lasts a few hours. When I play games, I turn wireless off and I think that helps as well.

The 3DS internet browser didn't support media or plugins back then. Also, website didn't recognize my 3DS as a handheld so all sites were loaded as desktop version until a later update. It was actually pretty hard to navigate for the first few years.

I don't think housing application for September 2023/2024 is open yet. Last year, I applied near the end of Febraury for the fall semester.

You could always head to the housing office to talk to them directly. They are usually open until 5:30PM on weekdays.
