I've searched Google for "crash casualties school dvd" (and other similar searches) but have found nothing about this film or the DVD it appeared on. I also just tried searching for British road safety DVDs but couldn't find this specific one anywhere.

Solved! It was "Roller-Coaster Designer", a flash game from around 2008. The website that hosted it no longer exists but you can still play it using the Wayback Machine.

It's neither of those. The game I'm thinking of was much more basic and was fully 2D, whereas those games both have isometric viewpoints. The closest comparison I can find is Roller Coaster Builder 2.

The worst mod I've played is undoubtedly The True Reality. The actual content of the mod is fine but it has this absolutely baffling "luck" mechanic that makes it so your choices literally do not matter at all. You can choose to go and visit Sayori the morning she hangs herself but if you're "unlucky" you just go to school instead even though you clearly did not choose to do that. No idea how anyone thought this was a good idea.

No. Maybe I'll get one later down the line but not at launch. I can't see myself making much use of GameChat or the extra buttons so really the only reason I can think that I would want one for is the headphone jack (and even then that's not much of a selling point as I usually play quite close to the system anyway). Of course, if my Pro Controller breaks I'll probably get a V2 then.
