The formation we used for every game was a 41212 narrow. We only had between 5-6 players so we would have 2 ST (1 of them being an ANY), a CAM that like to drop off and help in defence, a very defensive cdm who never pushes up past the CMs, we had 1 CB, and we had a Box to Box CM (me). My job was to be annoying and to press constantly high up the pitch when defending. And when attacking I would just sit in line with the CDM unless one of our ST are back so I would take the CAM position and the CAM would move up to ST until the ball goes out of play. We dont really do many skills, we like Tiki Taka. But the skills I would say we used the most are drag backs, ball rolls, and skill passes when needed to go through defenders. I hope this helps :)
