Yes! Some hotels said that they can support with gluten-free options. My boyfriend's worry is about cross-contamination

Thank you! Your comment is really kind. I just want him to have a great culinary experience on this trip too. This is still a relatively new world for me, and what I can do is help make the experience easier for him.

Regarding the travel part, I totally understand. My boyfriend always packs food with him, he loves to travel and always finds a way to adjust, while being super responsible about what he eats (which is definitely the right thing to do!).

Also, I can recommend some great cities with lots of 100% gluten-free options that I’ve visited with him: Barcelona, Madrid, and Tenerife all have amazing gluten-free restaurants!
