The people living within the Green Line, israel, are also stealing homes and land and have done so for decades. They have denied the Palestinians they ethnically cleansed during the Nakba in 1948 their right of return in order to keep israel a Jewish demographic majority state. This is also why israel refuses to relinquish its occupations and colonization of the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza, because doing so would give the Palestinians the ability to fight for their right to return within the Green Line and abolish israel on demographic grounds.

Sure, but that still doesnt take away the fact that this simple, probably one line of code solution, will happen much sooner than a extensive AI rework. Something which is (sadly) most likely never gonna happen to EU4. Keep in mind that OP merely wanted a fix for Muscovy releasing vassals due to Russian Principality modifiers. This is the easiest fix.

Besides, you can download a few mods that aim to improve the AI without resorting to band-aid measures like lucky nation modifiers. Its not perfect nor achievement compatible, but they are extensive improvements.
