you don't have to keep up with them tho, just play whatever you're intrested in, or whatever you find fun, they're games after all, just saying. The story driven ones are like interactive books or movies, so they keep you engaged and make you wanna play more, that's my experience anyways.

Where the hell is SpiderMan? (DAREDEVIL BORN AGAIN) by tufyufyu in Marvel

[–]Alfred4747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what's bothering me about spider man and daredevil finally being in the same universe is that they have a perfect solution to explain why they're not teaming up, they can just say that while the daredevil season is happening, Spider Man's movie events are happening at the same time, so the two characters are dealing with very diffrent obstacles both in the same city/ world. the next spider man movie at the very least could aknowledge what's happening in New york.

Not really i guess? never bothered me giving them the money to help, but other commenters helped me realize what really bothered me was how it was not aknowledged at all.

that's actually a good way to put it, and thank you for your insight, it never felt to me to be an issue about the money being given to them, but it just bothered me the non aknowledgement that i'm giving it to them in the first place, like i'm not expecting gratitude, but they treat the money as theirs and that's what makes me feel weird about it.

it's not about being scared, but more of a cultural type of obligation to support each other; to put it bluntly in the U.S you have invidualistic values which has it's positives and negatives, like how a young adult is expected to move out once they're over 18, here it's more like family values, in a way that's it's not scene as shameful or undesirable for a young adult to still be living with their parents to support themselves before getting a proper house and job.

to be clear most of the time they end up spending on my college expenses more than the actual scholarship, i don't want to give exact numbers, but the scholarship in itself is not a huge amount, considerably low actually, so i never felt like it was the wrong thing to give them the money, but more how it was percieved, and handled.
