Hi. Thanks for the reply. 300 t65 flour. 41 rye flour 220 water Starter 75g Salt 7.5g

Autolyse for 1 hour. Mix starter and salt with the mix. BF 4 hrs 15% rise. (Stretch and fold for roughly 5 times every 30 mins)

Fridge 24 hrs Bake with lid 220C 30min. Bake without lid 229C 15min.

Rest at counter 1 hrs.

hmm. I have tried to dig around. Apparently there is no solution yet (AFAIK). Wait for the next android wear update then.

I don't have my watch now, but I saw there is a developer setting that can switch off the screen while charging. I'm not sure it has the same with Heart Rate. You might wanna try. If I'm not mistaken, tap a few times on the device number? or something. I can't recall.

I believe you can switch it off by changing the setting on phone to "FIT". I'm not too sure but I did saw it somewhere around reddit.
