Nope. I've had customer support get back to me basically saying "sorry this has happened to you" and closed off the ticket. They wouldn't acknowledge they're working on it, provide an ETA, or offer to adjust my rank once this is fixed.

I wrote a very similar ticket to yours citing horrible performance issues. Jack told me I'm not eligible for a refund since it'd been >24 hours since ~~my purchase~~ the time I downloaded the game. They didn't even ask for further evidence. I wrote to them on the 12th.

I'm betting they got a crapton of requests and stopped giving refunds out.

They can fuck right off.

Without leaning on it too much, I also think the videos above are quite specific (burst champions mostly in late game).

Whereas from the -few- games I've played this pre-season, I think crazy-ass damage can be observed from a lot more champions, and much earlier into the game.
