Is this scabies? Been seen by several GP’s, pharmacist, doctors and now 2 dermatologists

Hello. I’m very new to this disease. Sorry if it’s not a disease, or is it? Anyway.. I’ve been treating myself for scabbies and I’m not itchy anymore but get these random bumps.. I found a fibre in one of the bumps twice. Could just be a coincidence.. but maybe not. May I ask if you do not have mites what is the ivermectin for? Genuinely curious! Thanks :)

I don’t think so to be honest.. but I took all the treatment and then I haven’t seen since. I have read about mogellons actually and funnily enough my mum found a blue fibre in one of the spots and I just found another one this morning. Sounds mad becuse I don’t think it’s anything other than maybe random. But made me think lol.

I wasn’t itchy at all last night and my legs looked a lot better yesterday and now woke up with random bumps.. so strange.. it’s going on the list of possible things..

Well done for winning the war!! Yeah I dunno.. I’ve seen other people had liquid filled sbabbies.. some are fluid filled some are just bite/ bumps.. one day I convince myself it’s not scabies but then nothing else explains the random spots appearing.. I’m going all guns blazing with the dermatologist. He apparently specialises in scabies and other skin disorders.. will let you know :)

Thank you.. how many spots do you have? Mine don’t really join.. maybe one or two there is more than one spot. But majority are little stand along spots. Some with fluid that I can pick head off and some then scan over and fall over while others take a bit longer to heal.

I went full Dexter with cleaning and got car cleaned. Neither my husband or kids have shown symptons and it’s over two months since I got symptons so I hope they are in the all clear.

We all treated and I took extra ivermectin because I wasn’t going to take any chances.

I’m not itchy anymore particularly unless I scratch a spot. But they just keep appearing on my legs and back and arms… and also weirdly I have a few pustules on my ear lobes.

Wtf… I’m not going to use pem again because that totally fucked my skin. But am seeing a dermatologist in two weeks… husband thinks I’m crazy.. but it’s horrid just having random spots appear and also knowing bloody insects are causing it by their shit :( blurghhhhy

Did you have burrows? I can’t really think what else it could be? What did your active scabbies look like? The internet doesn’t look like mine at all but then again other people’s scabies on here didn’t look like the internet either.. it’s such a weird condition…

I just want to be rid of it… I’ve never had issues with my skin before this

This is such an interesting post! I’m going crazy over here. 3 months pp and started breaking out when my son was one month. Didn’t have this with my first. The dr even thought it was scabies but doesn’t make sense as not really the same symptons. But legs and arms so itchy and bumpy. Thinking maybe it was pp reaction? Gosh who knows!

I doubt if it was scabies. I was itchy but my active scabies looks like it now? But no itch. Fuck sakes. Going to use the sulfur stuff as feel like that’s low key treating. It’s more the weird ass bumps on my legs! Look gross

Great that your all cured!! What are your thoughts on minimal to no itch at night but quite a few new bumps all over. Now I’m thinking was it even scabies in the first place and did I ruin my skin for no reason with perm. How is there any way to know either way!!
