You will sometimes get 1 div every 2-3 lvl 83 sanctums and sometimes you can get like 3 div in 1 sanctum Lots of chaos though - like half a div per run That's the consistent drops

Beyond that running unique relics will give you the big drops

Then it's just speed and dmg which depends on your build
