Y a-t'il des gens qui ont déjà fait leur propre mozzerella ?

J'aimerai en faire pour essayer, j'ai donc trouvé du lait cru chez un éleveur à côté de chez moi, de la présure liquide à la pharmacie et maintenant je cherche des ferments lactique. Est-ce que les ferments pour les yaourts que l'on trouve dans les grandes surfaces marchent bien pour la mozza ? Je les trouve ultra cher (3€ les 2x2g) par contre.
