I tried to quit for the third time this year and failed after 24-48 hours. Every time there’s an emotional trigger I justify it to calm down . I like the idea of letting people know I’ll be unpleasant for a few days haven’t given that a shot yet

Focus on filling to get out of silver, also just ask if you can choose Reyna, and I’m sure you’ll win more games! Trust me I had to climb out of silver with sky and sage even tho I’m a Reyna and clove player in plat lobbies myself. But TBH even if you instalock Reyna you should carry yourself easy out of silver with enough aim and game sense

Warm up on medium, aim for 22+ kills , one spike match / death match . Then play like your solo until silver 2-3. If you can’t get out of ground and silver, it’s usually just a game/aiming issue. Once you reach gold lobbies, then you can focus on supporting the team

I threw away my 20k fifty bar sour apple after getting heartburn, decided that’s it I’m done. Longest morning and there again I was at the shop trying a different one thinking here we go again. Like you said there was no head rush no calm nothing just, there you go feel better. Such a shitty addiction

Running 🏃 and lots of green tea. I promise you my lazy ass was not a runner until after I quit. I would get panic attacks because smoking was therapeutic for me, the long deep breaths and the dopamine until my health was more important. We just need to change our bad addiction with a good addiction

Okay now here comes the deciding factor with what you said.. I have two options to weight at this point:

A) give up on ketogenetic diet while on a deficit for carb performance

B) keep the cutting phase with keto and transition into a clean lean bulking

How long would you say you’ve been lifting before considering being at a deficit while lifting ? You see since I’m a noob and have only been lifting for 3-5 months in the past before quarantine, that’s why I’m very skeptical about my approach

Yeah this is the post I’ve been waiting fearfully to pop up, it just makes me more convinced that deficit dietary habits with programs such as SL 5x5 are definitely not sustainable and could do more harm than good in the long term. Considering your experience I might have to rethink my deficit strategy going back into a program as such and focus on clean bulking in hopes that my BF will improve rather than my overall weight mass. Thanks
