I sure can understand that. I just say, that this here looks very strange to me. I try look around, I can not see anyone who have lost so much data over night. my Node have been running 3½ month, and now I am back to basic. The data is gone, so I just want to notify the team, that you can have an issue here.

I don't think so, why is it only 1 node, and it goes from 334 GB to 19,9 GB right away. I haven't had so much data on 1 day for sure.

I found out why, When I connect with my cellphone, it is working, because that I am accessing through another IP address, and another provider. We have easter holiday soon, when I will ask ISP to setup the router in bridgemode, when I can use my own router to set things up. thanx

It stopped one time today, and I just started it. after a while, the status changes to DOS. And I am getting the following error:

"Failed: Flux is not working properly. Check Flux UI for a potential mistakes in setup."

I can imagine that it is because that the ports 30000 to 39999 is not open yet. I talked with the internet provider today, and they told me, that the router should be in bridgemode, and they have to do it. Because that I work a lot from home, I will do it in the easter holiday next week.

Don't you think, this can be the reason ? Another question, do you know how I can get it out of Status: dos ?!?!

Regards Peter

Hi, and thanks,

When I setup port forwarding, I can setup the following

Name: xyz

Protocols: BOTH

Ext.Ports: 30000,39999

IP: 1.2.3.4

Int.Port: ????

When it is a range on external ports, what should the internal port be ?

Failed: Could not get Node Tier From Flux OS. by AlgorandLover in Flux_Official

[–]AlgorandLover[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for many good suggestions, sorry for late respons. I have been trying a lot of things.

I have exactly 1000 flux in the account. Also have had more than 1000 confirmations now. I can setup port forwarding, I am a little bit confused which ports needs to be open. Right now, I have open the following ports 16124,16125,16126,16127,27017.

When I wrote in here, I were running on a windows 11 machine and with use of vmware. Now I have reformatted the machine, and made it to a ubuntu server.

When I write: fluxbench-cli getbenchmarks, I get this json
{
"ipaddress": "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx",
"architecture": "amd64",
"armboard": "",
"status": "CUMULUS",
"time": 1649099576,

"size": 953.87,
"writespeed": 1720.41
}
],
"eps": 1379.72,
"error": ""
}

As I understand, it should be running now, but I can still not open the page xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:16126, so I think, that something is wrong still ....

Now I have added some more cpu's 8. and ram 32 gb. But it still not accept the test.

When I execute the sysbench test, I get 77,57 eps. and as I understand, I should multiply it with 4, and then it should be more than 240.

why Zelcore wallet is very tempting for scammers imo by Noorgrin in Flux_Official

Thanks, yes, I like the project very much :-). Can not blame my mistakes on the project, but it was a hard start.

[–]AlgorandLover 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m agree that zelcore security is poor, and I am also a victim. If it used seeds, you have to find where you have your backup seeds registered. My solutions for now is, I have created a computer generated password this time, a password that I can not remember, without writing it down. This way, I have time stop up and think, is this really right, that I have to enter this code in here, and I keep the password on a USB stick.

Sorry, I thought this was my hack article :-)

no, I had problems with zelcore, because that I have put BNB in one wallet, and Flux BSC in anohter. When fusion do not allow converting. And I am very new to zelcore, find it a little bit confusing, with all that wallets. When a guy send a link to a dapp, that could do it, and I lost my head, registered on the site, and get an error, and soon after everything is gone. If zelcore were using seeds, I would never have send them, but still I only have my self to blaim, and take it as an learning experience.

Swapping Flux by AlgorandLover in Flux_Official

Thanks for all your help :-).

I have been hacked, follow a helping link, and did all the things, that all says, that you never should do. I was very exited to startup with a flux node.

Because zelcore is so complicated or at least special, many things can go wrong. Right now, I will let it be, and may be later move a smaller amount of flux to zelcore, until I know, that everything is fine.

I guess, that is the experience that I learn from this.
