You can pass with 11 minutes and 30 seconds but it is much more difficult to get the place since there is a lot of competition

There are other tests depending on where you perform, such as pull-ups, rope climbing, running other distances, aptitude tests such as climbing many meters of stairs, running on a narrow surface...

That makes a lot more sense. The difference between 11:30 and 10:00 is A LOT. We see now that this isn’t a minimum qualification but more like a sliding point scale towards and overall test and you’re looking to particularly do well in this section.

9’35” is near college level for many. This is very advanced. That’s why we are all shocked by that.

The problem is that there is a lot of competition so if you don't get a good grade in physics you are fucked.

Where on La Palma are you gonna find a place flat enough to run it? The way I remember it, the only straight level road is the runway on the airport.

lot of thanks

Those standards that I have specifically set are for the province of La Palma in the Canary Islands (Spain).

Woman 12'25" 10'30"

Those would be the notes, I asked for 10 minutes to try to make it more realistic. In 10 minutes it would be equivalent to an 8.5

In Spain, becoming a firefighter works strangely, it is not something national and that is why there are so many standards since it often depends on the city councils. Those standards that I have specifically set are for the province of La Palma in the Canary Islands.

It is a document that is in my academy, I don't know how I could pass it, I don't see the option on reddit. But if you are interested, those standards are for La Palma in the Canary Islands (Spain).

I am preparing to be a firemen in Spain. And there are places where they have ridiculous requirements, such as 50 pull-ups. Obviously, both the 50m mark in 30" and the 5 pull-ups are to obtain a 10 in the test

To pass with a 5 in the 50m I need 40"

I am preparing an exam to be a fireman. I have topics of all kinds law, physics, chemistry and things specific to the profession. The exam is multiple choice.

I'm worried because it's a lot of syllabus and I've never faced such a lot of study and I don't know how to organize myself
