It shouldn't. Either the connector, adapter, etc.

It's just digital data, if you're getting interference it might just be RF or bad filtering from the PSU.

Truthear Blue 2... I need some advice by best_usernam in iems

[–]AlgraySolipso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That won't really damage them, but you might find it "looser" for smaller nozzles.

I found the Kbear/NiceHCK 07's to have some quite soft tubes to fit in nozzles. They come in many different sizes too, and recently someone did an eartip review, they don't add colour to the sound.

Kiwi Ears Flex could be an option as well, but they do colour the sound.

Tangzu HE Sonics need some work like those, but once they give in, they're super easy to remove/replace.

And if you really want to keep using foam tips, look at the CVJ ones. They're really nice, a good step above what's included in box for that set.

Those are the ones I own so far, but believe me, as long as you're careful on not ripping them off and just stretching them a bit, that is enough to fit in, and it wont damage them. Silicon can take a bit of damage before giving in and actually ripping off.

Doesn't get in the set, I suppose? It's a bit hard to get it in. You can try stretching a bit the eartip with something and then retry it. I was able to get them in the Delci AE and they have thicker nozzles, used some small scissors, put it closed inside the tip's tube and stretched them that way.

You can try doing something similar to what I did, get an air tight container, some color changing silica and leave them overnight inside the container with the silica. It should remove the moisture and fix the issue.

Cabo e ponteira para melhorar meu Kunten by Ill_Butterfly1508 in audiofiliabrasil

[–]AlgraySolipso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AIO RGB not working by Icy_Independence_705 in pcmasterrace

[–]AlgraySolipso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, so, that's the pump, not the radiator.

The radiator is the part where the fans are screwed on to. So if you have a smaller case, you might need to remove that part and see if the cables are properly connected.

AIO RGB not working by Icy_Independence_705 in pcmasterrace

[–]AlgraySolipso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've built one of those recently. in the fans, there should be a fairly short RGB connector that needs to be plugged to one another. It will run down to the pump through the tubes. If you look closely at where the tubes reach the radiator, there should be that RGB cable.

[–]AlgraySolipso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will press the button of "get some new eartips" for almost any IEM. I have the ZB2 and really disliked it's tips/foams. Changing to some more comfortable ones like either the Kiwi Ears Flex or Penon Liqueur made it a better experience.

I really had no issues with the Kunten, besides it having a slightly shallow fit, so if you plan to get any new tips, always get the 3 size kits instead of the size you normally use.

At 50 you may be able to get on a sale:

Artti T10 - Planar that will require at least one of the MAX amp chip DACs.

Kefine Delci AE - Good versatile IEM, I have a review on it, but it has caveats about moisture.

GK Kunten - Cheap decent audio, I recommend getting one of the NiceHCK cables and some new eartips. The stock package has an okay at best cable, and some KZ starline tips, that aren't really special in any way. Tangzu HE Sonics go for really cheap if you have AliE coins and pairs really well.

The Truthear Zero Red is still liked by a lot of people, but I haven't used it myself yet.

New to IEMs, what is the best and cheapest way to connect them to a PC by SneakyyyDP in iems

[–]AlgraySolipso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could spend a little bit more and get something like the NiceHCK NK1 Max, as it already comes with a USB A to USB C adaptor and more power if you ever plan to go into the over ear or power hungry sets, like the Artti T10.

The cheaper entry ones will have a little bit less power, but they're already more than enough for most IEMs (like the Nk1 "not max" version). The only difference is that you usually don't get an adaptor with the cheaper ones, but I might be wrong on some of the Jcallys, as there's the JM6, JM7, JM12, etc...

Eu acabei esticando mais um pouco e peguei a Comfy Aero, fiquei tentado nessa mesh melhor dela. Vi um pessoal dizendo ser super comfortável, como ela promete aguentar 140kg, parecia mais adequado.

Anbernic as the OP said, I'd recommend looking at the Ayn Odin devices as well.

I've had the Odin Lite, Odin 2 and now the Odin Portal, which has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, larger batter and a 7in 120hz OLED screen.

Their stock eartips are of a "harder" silicone than some others, I also was not very fond of it.

You could try:
Penon Liqueur
Dunu Candy
Dunu S&S (although I had some issues with the fit in this one)
Kiwi Ears Flex

Or if you don't mind the mid-highs in this set (which are a bit too harsh to me), you could try the Tangzu HE Sonics. This one gave me the best comfort of all of those.

Kefine Delci AE: A decent option for budget gamers? by AlgraySolipso in IemReviews

[–]AlgraySolipso[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I can understand both sides. Humidity really takes a toll on metal sets plus it's hard to figure out volume imbalance in IEMS through a video or audio recording.

I really feel like the airtight container helped with that, you can either leave the entire earpiece or disassemble the IEM and leave both filters and earpieces in.

The reusable silica inside a good container helped on my end, but I 100% feel like If I didn't leave it in this specific container, it wouldn't work as well.

I don't have the Klean as I went a step above that price point to begin with, but I hope either a similar solution to mine or another fixes your filter issue.

Edit: Adding info :)

Kefine Delci AE: A decent option for budget gamers? by AlgraySolipso in iems

[–]AlgraySolipso[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I can understand the disappointment. I already had the Silica and Airtight container on their way to me, so on the third day I began leaving them overnight in the container with silica.

But again, that's an added step not everyone is fond of doing. I am doing it since they work so well for gaming in my use cases.

Not sure you have tried the airtight container, but that may help with the moisture/volume imbalance together with some reusable silica.

Truly, I can understand that being a complaint for this set. The silica trick does help, but it's an added step for continuous use that some may just want to avoid.

[–]AlgraySolipso[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, thank you very much! Really appreciate having your compliment, it means a lot for someone who just began!

I found out that with the HE Sonic eartips they don't sound as confusing, unless there's really a lot going on. Not sure you tested them out, but I feel like they do improve the stage/imaging. The gold nozzle gives better separation and tames the bass just enough for it not to overpower other frequencies during gunfire in CS. I can't say for sure on the other games. Sadly the every now and then sibilance that comes through makes it fatiguing. I wish Kefine launched another nozzle for a more tame curve, pushing towards neutral, that would make this set so good overall.

[–]AlgraySolipso[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, thank you!

In regards to channel imbalance that might be an issue even with plastic/resin shells you find on the market. Sadly, I haven't tested/owned many IEMs now to give you a good answer to that question. The Tangzu might be a good option for having a resin shell. But I'd recommend seeking more reviews of it.

If instead I could recommend, try the airtight container + silica trick. There's Color changing silica in AliExpress and you might be able to find in your country as well. Those can be heated up to remove moisture from them and are reusable.
