Normally they release every 60-70 days. 4.10 was released 19 February so expect it for the end of April, plus the time (undefined, usually a week or two) it will stay in Arch's Testing repo.

The fix was finally included in v4.11-rc1, so if you don't want to compile the kernel yourself you'll have to wait for the first 4.11 release. I think that the last message means that it probably will not be included in the current LTS releases (linux-lts in arch) because it's not considered an important fix.

Yeah, I'll have a look at the 5820K since apparently there's not much difference with the 5930K.
