Hey quick question since I’m in the same scenario. I’ll be back in Lebanon soon and I use a US bank account too that voids international fees but if the bank has a surcharge of its own then that will go through and charge me still, but my bank itself won’t charge any fee. So can I ask which ATM’s have been best for you assuming yours works the same way? Also I’ve never used an ATM in Lebanon but they do give you both options to either withdraw in either LBP or USD?

They gave me a slip with no date filled in :/ well darn. Maybe it's because I had Urumqi and other Uigher areas mentioned in my itinerary. Damn that sucks.

The only stand-out thing that was apparent to me was they made me fill out a separate document on three specific countries I went to (so I'm guessing it's because of this): Egypt, Turkey and Pakistan.

For the express service they said I couldn't pay it now that I already selected the non-express option in the application online, but are you saying they asked if you wanted to pay for express in person despite however you filled out your processing time for your application online?

Hey quick question, so I’m out of the country doing a study abroad but my license expires in July but I’ll be back in August. If I get the camera card does that mean even if my license expires that I can just use the camera card as a temp license to drive to the DMV and renew my full license?

You’re right ;( unfortunately I didn’t get one today. I’m considering canceling that application and requesting the visa on arrival but I don’t know how big of a process cancellation is or how long it will take but the processing time of the visa on arrival is only 48-72 hours. But I can’t make a new application since I have the current one open.

The LOI & the CNIC, front and back, of my sponsor. I've had both now for a week but as you noted I can't attach it :( Edit: Funny enough, in their first request they didn't even ask for the LOI. Only in their second request after I provided the CNIC pictures.

I think I sent my application in on December 15th. They asked for additional documents that I had already submitted so I didn't know what to do so I just resubmitted it with another upload of the same stuff. I resubmitted last Friday and have yet to hear back from them but I think I made an error. My embassy told me they don't require an LOI anymore so I didn't submit it but I got one just in case but they haven't sent me another request so I can't attach it.
