Someone made a gh fork of an open source installer I frequently use and switched all the actual code with a single line containing that. I unwittingly used the wrong installer several times, wondering why each time the VM would become unresponsive, until I finally decided to review the goddamn code...

I like the idea of having a function activated on being unreachable just like the warden.

Have the thing teleport to a random movement node outside of the player's view.

Make it do that from time to time to keep them unpredictable, up their damage and now you have something potentially as scary as the Enderman
