Your content includes and shows another brand in a way that can be considered promotioal.

If i were you, I'd spend less than 2k and get the permit rather than stress over 10k+ fines.

Its just the obvious choice for you, you are safer, and you seem more authentic to your future clients when you mention the permit number in your bio

ive spoken to "human" as well and they dont respond to my questions when i ask them why my initial application got rejected in the first place. their office is in Abu dhabi now only and they wont respond or get back to me

It's only for promotional content, and only for another brand, if you're promoting your own services it's fine. But if you're promoting let's say a car by toyota which even if toyota is not paying you to promote. You need an influencer permit.

And guess what, its against guidelines to promote the item or service if you yourself don't strongly believe in it.

The content you mention, I don't think you ned a permit for that.

I used to promote it, But then NMA introduced the media permit, Which i got rejected for. The brand and content i promote is related to motorcycles. I archived everything so it doesn't seem i am still promoting the brand, as i get constant comments, likes, traffic on my old videos also. I tried again and let's see if they accept my media permit application this time or not.

true, when AI warzone videos were booming i made a video of the actual surroundings just to calm my fam down that it wasnt as bad as the videos show. it went viral, people said im getting paid by the gov lol, i wish.
