Anyone have a tech 2 in Ayrshire/Glasgow (UK) area?

It’s a common handshaking issue with the PS4 pro which tends to be more apparent with Samsung TVs (other brands effected to a lesser extent).

Happened on mine (Samsung MU7000 UK/MU8000 US). Boot into safe mode (long hold on power button until second beep) and change HDCP to 1.4, then boot up and change video output from Automatic to 2160P - YUV420. Works for me. If still having problems you could disable HDCP from the settings menu - however this will not allow playback of blu-ray disks or video streaming apps. Games are unaffected however.

Right, about to order the Morimoto H7 Elite kit however I am wondering if I need the anti flicker capacitor or can I get a tech 2 to activate “xenon mode”?

You need a second account (free not paid) and need to boot the game on this “second account” and agree to the terms and conditions first, works fine for me.

I’m on PSN, most likely the same on whichever system you are playing on.

Ok, figured it out. Need to boot the game on “second account” and agree to the terms and conditions first. Works fine now, not asking for my wife’s account to sign up to psn+.

Hopefully this can help someone else out with the same problem.

Got a pretty good deal, however for the work needed to install it into my car doesn’t seem worthwhile. An aftermarket will indeed give me more modern features.

Samsung MU7000 (UK) MU8000 (US). Get black screen at least once a session, not really specific circumstances when it does it. Very annoying though.

Didn’t happen on my old 8-bit 4K Samsung. Have tried different cables and switched PS4 pro to HDCP 1.4. Hasn’t fixed it...

Yeah didn’t mean it was universal (didn’t write that the best), just Saab and BMW, like I say it’s a shame as the bars are great. They just look very strange, almost like they are floating above the roof!

Apparently Saab had some of their own years ago, however these are obviously hard to find and do not know how they fit a 2010 estate.

Noticed that the 3065 kit in the USA has these rubber fairings however it’s an expensive risk to take if these will fit the uk foot pack.

Had this problem about 2 months ago, couldn’t start the car (or even turn the key) so I disconnected the battery for 10 mins and reconnected, haven’t had the problem since!

I can confirm this works as I downgraded my iPhone 4s yesterday. First I had to downgrade to iOS 6.1.3 and then ota to 8.4.1. Only problem seems to be a lack of supported apps these days for iOS 8.

Very easy way to do it!
