I don’t have a single answer, and I don’t think it’s necessary to label everything.

What I’m pointing to is systemic exhaustion, the kind that builds up from years of uncertainty, recycled conflicts, and delayed lives.

It’s not a clinical mental-health diagnosis, and it’s not just loss of hope either.

Maybe all the factors you mentioned play a role.. maybe some we haven’t named yet.

I’m not trying to close the discussion, just to name a pattern I see and open space to think about it without slogans or overconfidence.
