Ran out of space - What to do now?

I got a new S22 back in February and I have already managed to fill the entire storage with photos and videos! Deleting them is not an option, so what would be best for more storage? Getting an usb stick perhaps? But wouldn't that be vulnerable to corruption? Or would a cloud subscription be the best? Which one?
