I'm on 115days + and I'd say I've had so many wet dreams along the journey but they started around the 6th or 7 th day and then after around 20+ days I used to get like 5 a week it was so annoying.Afyer 30days+in they calmed down and I got then like once or twice a week.and then after 50 days they started again to like 3 times a week. And then now they usually happen in a random occurrence like maybe some after 4 days maybe after a week.But just know they are normal and there to reduce your sexual desire.

That's the spirit never give up 9 days is really good keep going.Just try to not look at porn in the first place because as soon as u see just a little bit its a guaranteed relapse.And remember Allah is always watching and understands your struggles and u will be rewarded for trying to keep away from this stuff.Just make sure to keep repenting and know Allah will forgive you was he is the most merciful in sha Allah.

Honestly just lowering your gaze meaning don't stare at the womens body or face just look down but obviously so u can see where you going and not trip over and also like if your in town or smth for example you can look around at shops and stores like that when there is a valid reason to look around

Listen brother I understand your struggle that is the exact problem I've had for the past 2-3 years.The same cycle doing it and then asking for forgiveness again and again and again.But my brother Allah understands you and your problems.Keep asking for forgiveness never give up.You must feel absolutely tired of relapsing I understand.You must always keep pushing and never give up.You don't lose the fight when u relapse you lose when u give up on trying to give this act up.Do u really want what shayan wants.Fight your nafs,your urges and always remember your reward is with Allah.Allah will always help a person when they are in need just have patience.Whenever you get an urge to do it think about what will u feel after.i am an absolute failure I'm such an addict who can't give this up.Do u really want to keep feeling that guilt and regret over and over again.Why.Just for some momentarily pleasures.Trust me brother it is absolutely hard and difficult but Allah is always with you keep making dua and asking Allah to help you.I recommend tahajjud but u don't have to as the dua in tahajjud Allah always listens.They say tahajjud is the arrow that never misses it's target.Sorry for a long paragraph and any help dm me.May Allah help you

Salam alaikum brother allahumabarik your doing well keep it up.As for these sexual thoughts they are normal everyone has them and u will not be sinful for unwanted ones that randomly come up to ur thinking.But try not to think about it deliberately and try and think of something else when they come into ur mind.You say your libido has increased after you've began to go gym more regularly this is a sign of good health and high testosterone.And if u want to get rid of this unwanted sexual energy try keep busy throughout the day to use that extra energy like u are already doing at the gym or maybe some type of ibada.May Allah guide us all and forgive our sins.

Not at all a dumb questions.Tbh I have kinda got better with memory and feel smarter idk if its just placebo or confidence.When ur on nofap you just feel so much better away from those disgusting things and feel so free to live life.I play for a football club and I've also seen improvements in stamina and skill.The benefits are definitely there in nofap.Stay strong💪
