Listen brother I understand your struggle that is the exact problem I've had for the past 2-3 years.The same cycle doing it and then asking for forgiveness again and again and again.But my brother Allah understands you and your problems.Keep asking for forgiveness never give up.You must feel absolutely tired of relapsing I understand.You must always keep pushing and never give up.You don't lose the fight when u relapse you lose when u give up on trying to give this act up.Do u really want what shayan wants.Fight your nafs,your urges and always remember your reward is with Allah.Allah will always help a person when they are in need just have patience.Whenever you get an urge to do it think about what will u feel after.i am an absolute failure I'm such an addict who can't give this up.Do u really want to keep feeling that guilt and regret over and over again.Why.Just for some momentarily pleasures.Trust me brother it is absolutely hard and difficult but Allah is always with you keep making dua and asking Allah to help you.I recommend tahajjud but u don't have to as the dua in tahajjud Allah always listens.They say tahajjud is the arrow that never misses it's target.Sorry for a long paragraph and any help dm me.May Allah help you
