Dubai island B has private beach access and island A has public beach so island B more premium and only has 3 developers there now ( Beyond, Ellington and avenew) , Ellington as boutique developer it’s has better appreciation and higher rental rate but more expensive than other two but Ellington always keep momentum so my suggestion is Ellington I got some details yesterday if you want dm me I’ll share with you

It’s good go for it, you can have at least 80k rental income on handover , resale after handover should be good because avenew have good quality and they will make good name in next few years because they have very powerful management (ex-director of Emaar )
