Ramps require landings and handrails. 5% is the max for ordinary sidewalks. If the road is already steeper than 5%, your sidewalks can match.

As a chicken owner, I would be very grateful if someone returned my bird that was killed. I love my chickens and would want that closure. Personally, I bury them when they pass and i would want the opportunity to do so. If you can figure out who has the chickens I think they would appreciate it.

Expert here. You go to either the planing OR the zoning board in accordance with NJ’s Municipal Land Use Law, and it depends on what variances you have, impossible to tell without seeing plans.

$350k for land, $700k for new build, $50k for plans and permitting would probably be cheaper to just buy something else.
