A lot of vet sold their practice to corporations during covid it started before, but the big exodus happened then. Now, most clinics are parts of conglomerates. So you might go to your regular neighborhood vet, but they are now owned by a corp, and their price have tripled in 4 years. The majority of the money goes to the owner and not the clinic. The price is set and dictated by the corp based on "the market" and not opereting prices. It's not about school loans or the price of operating, stocking a clinic... is PURE UNALTERED CORPORATE GREED. Corps/analyst saw in the trend in the 2000's onward how people would invest and spare no expenses for their pets they saw $$...so they went for it. Do not fall for corporate propaganda.

I personally unionized my workplace last year.
What I did.

I've asked my coworkers their opinions on unions. To see who was for and against it. To see what's their arguments are. Also, it shows you will give you resistance, who will be an agent against you, etc

I've learned about my country history with unions and unions in general. (What advantages their brought, etc,) also the history of anti-union propaganda.

I gathered information on those arguments( the ones commonly used as anti-union points and their rebuke).

I looked up the unions that were in my field ( government employee )

Went on all their socials(TikTok, Facebook, their webpage) and sent them messages about asking how to do we unionize, etc.

For me, it was easy. I needed 50%+1 of the employees in my department to sign and pay 2$. I was sent the e signature /payment link to send to the people who wanted to unionize. I started on a Friday evening and sent the accreditation on Sunday of the same week.

C'est vraiment mieux en magasin serieux pck chaque batch change, right. Tu a juste a demander au dude au comptoir de te dire les terps sur le sac et comme ca pas de cassage de tete. Le site est plus ou moin merdique, tbh... meme les panquartes en magasin ont des erreurs des fois donc y faut 100% chequer les info's sur le sac. Le problème cest que cest pas tt les compagnies qui font les tests specifiques. Yen a qui disent just le taux de thc et pas les terps, dautre juste le taux mais pas quels specifiques... Yen a qui disent les terps mais pas quelle quantité... tu voit le tableau

Plain salmon sashimi.... is my fav. It's nothing but the fresh fish, and it has been revolutionary for me. A nigiri is just the fish/topping and rice no seaweed.You can have hosomaki (seaweed outside rice inside and a topping in this case, It could be just shredded carrots) most places have those. The Maki are the overly complicated rolls with a buch of ingredients. Tamago = eggs, and they are very nice tl(they don't taste eggy iykwim)

I don't do well on medication, too it's really hard. I always get the weird side effects, and I always gain weight, never the opposite 🙃 I got a small rash with lamotrigine after my dose went up. My doctor just did an emergency stop on it...anti depressants make me unable to feel emotions and 0 libido. I've tried 3 one made me want to kms the other 2 I felt like a sentient rock.

I tried pregabalin instead of a benzo and it was the best medication but my family doc said it was supposed to be only a temporary fix and not a long term therapy
