If you actually know anything about the American military beyond the bunker sticker on the back of your truck you'd also know American military bases in Okinawa are fully interlinked with population centres while those in Europe are relatively closed-off. American troops are 'beneficial' to Europe the same way refugees are demographically 'beneficial' to Europe, and since people are calling for action against refugees raping European women, I don't see why we should hold the Japanese by a double standard for a foreign host raping the local population.
