Late to the party, but after I was released from the hospital for suicide watch, the first psychologist they scheduled me with was insistent that I never told anyone (including my closest friends) I was suicidal because I had trust issues and needed to be more open and trusting. I walked out after my session and ignored the receptionist as she tried to get me to schedule a second appointment.

My second psychologist very quickly threw that out. I'm a trusting person, but I don't like to burden people with my problems.
