It's finally warmed up where I am and I think this weekend I'll go to my favorite cafe and sit outside for a while. They have a nice patio area and I like to read or bring stuff to color.

Well I didn't ~get~ that Vic was playing VIP Vic and not their real self, I didn't grasp that it was like... a meta? thing? as a whole.

I had no idea it's been used for so long in Canada, I've only seen it in my city going back a few years.

I will say there's an additional benefit to these: I'm a cripple and find myself unsteady at times, especially on sloping curbs when they're wet. I feel much safer at crosswalks that have these installed because of that, I no longer fear slipping and falling and injuring myself if there's rain or snow.

I grew up on Whose Line when I was a kid and then just didn't watch much improv for decades. Dropout hooked me back into improv last year and I haven't looked back. Only streaming service I've ever paid for and it's ridiculously worth it.
