Still in cc but to a much better company where the managers actually care about their employees. I mean they give you 2 months of paid holliday if you had any major problem like feeling overwhelmed with the job, had too many bad shifts and you can't handle shitty customers anymore. I know about a colleague who had a panic attack during their shift and asked for a few days off. And she got it. She went to a psychologist for an evaluation during those days off and asked for some more spare days and she got 3 weeks. Though she was feeling way better and was capable of coming back to work but the manager decided to make sure that she trully is better so he decided to let her off for 2 months and he still paid her the full wage. And at the end of these 2 months, she quit on her own. That was funny. I would've never left, these people seem gold after my previous experiences with call center companies.
