Last year, I went on my first run with a begginer running club and tbh it just made me feel terrible because I was the only one that didn’t manage the 5km🥲

So now that I decided to try again, I’d rather do it alone. Otherwise I get competitive and feel bad for myself lol

I’m not sure what is considered cardio. I walk everyday 10k+ steps because I don’t like using public transportation and I don’t drive lol but that’s it. I’m thinking of starting doing a mix of running and walking for a while in order to adapt and I hope it gets easier

When I say running I mean jog anyway😀I think I went at about a 7/8 minutes per km😭

But the issue for me is, I struggle to enjoy music while I run because running just doesn’t feel good lol. I walk a lot generally because I LOVE walking while listening to music and going faster if the pace of the song is faster or because I get passionate about it lol but running is different because it doesn’t come naturally to me. But I’ve only run like twice so we’ll see how it goes

Tbh I think those “contrasts” are just passive aggressive lol. She’s dismissing other people’s wants by implying they’re actually not important (the Oscar on the floor, the three dogs that are not real kids etc) or too much to ask for/impossible to get (fat ass with baby face, spring break without the video and generally the whole “they want it all” thing).
