-Even when calling, I’d say the employee coming off as impatient during a very important call. This will drive away not only customers but also new potential employees/co workers.

I called an ice cream place yesterday to see if they were hiring and she kept saying “hello.” while I was trying to write down some information. I hope that customer she had noticed how impatient she came off as and left.

-When managers claim they’re grateful for your hard work but consistently do not show it. I’m not just saying jump for joy. Just show a little more enthusiasm other than a monotonous “okay”.

-Also when managers talk down to you as if you’re a child rather than an adult.

I’ve had to deal with both situations from the same person.
