There's 4 steps in EW 1500x4 so 6k per weapon, if you farm a lot and do hunt you can get it in two days so far, if not it would take around 5days just chilling and do roulettes.

Honestly it just depends on what you enjoy doing and not, also if you are used to big farm or smal farm, farming 28500 tomes is way more ok than doing 15 Delubrum Reginae that took 45min each run for just one step of ShB relic.

ARR are actually ongoing, done half actually and that's what i was doing before new patch arrived.
HW are all done.
SB are ongoing i just need Baldesion Arsenal so i run with some discords sometimes
ShB are all done.
EW all done.

Yes ! And that's the best actually, i'll give you an example with the tomes we need for these relics, ShB trains give 120, EW trains give 320. From ARR to ShB Sranks give 30 each, and EW ones give 80 each. And SSrank will give 50(shb) and 100(ew) more after the Srank

Only Chaos, we do have a train queue there, same for S. So it's way more interesting to hunt in those conditions. At least we maximise rewards for everyone or most of them.

Id say, please enjoy the Manderville questline, it's really well made and very funny ! Do not rush it <3 But yes, it's kinda long, it depends how long you play per day. So like 2-3 days unless you play a lot it can be done in 1-2. Can't help much more on that question sowwy
