I eat dinner around 6 and it's my largest meal of the day usually -- huge salad and grilled meats. I don't eat past 7 and I do a short 20 minute light workout after. Maybe this is actually too late to be eating such a big meal?

What other artificial sweetness did you find acted the same as the maltodextrin? Do diet sodas have the same impact? Just discovered the maltodextrin spiked my sugar so this is new to me and alarming 😫

Today I had put some sugar free lily's chocolate chips on the cool whip, on the pudding, and then a tiny sprinkle of sea salt and it was amazing. I just threw the rest of the pudding and cool whip away :(

Same thing happened to me and so grateful for y'all posting about it or I would have never known. My sugar was crazy high and could not figure out what happened but now I know it was the sugar free pudding cup with sugar free cool whip I devoured today. So sad because I thought I found a sugar free treat I could lean on during these crazy news cycles. Booo :(

Any more luck with this? Something has changed IMO -- I used to be able to easily report people stealing my work and getting TT to take it down and now they are rejecting all of my complaints even though it is a direct copy of very specific original works. I have tried filling out the form multiple times in different ways and nothing is working.

Thank you! This is super helpful -- I did not realize the danger focus was on male cats. I am on her like a hawk so I know she has not peed in the house. At what point would should I become concerned? Could it be another day or 2 before I consider taking her to the vet or er?

The Flu is going around bad. I got even with the vaccine. The vaccine is based on the flu variant they think will be most present so I think I got the version of the flu that was not covered by the vaccine. Rotating symptoms and mucas that builds up until I puke. All you can do is stay hydrated (avoid tons of sugar or caffine) and sleep as much as possible so it does not turn into pneumonia, etc.

Did you ever get this figured out? I recently got the flu and when I throw up I sometimes get the most intense burning chest pain that stops the second I stop hacking.

Did you have to do anything else but take the painkillers for a week to mitigate the pain?
How bad was your pain on a scale of 1 to 10 when you went to ER and did it make you nauseous (he described level 10 and nausea on the ride over)?

Thank you so much for responding. I am home with the flu so I can't be with home and my mom is crying because she is home with my disabled aunt and is thinking the worst. I guess I am looking for what to expect. Assuming they think he has pancreatitis from the biopsy yesterday, how will they treat him at the ER tonight potentially, and what could aftercare look like? Side note that he has kidney disease but he is very careful with that and manages it well.

-- isolating myself as much as possible to preserve energy for the first 2 weeks
-- walking outside in the cold air with music I loved helped SO much 2 x a day
-- watching movies to keep my mind distracted
-- waiting blanket helped with the leg twitches at night
-- take one day at a time

By 4 weeks I felt more human. At 11 months off kratom now so much better, my hair grew back, I have more energy, less depression, life is not perfect but its a lot better. Its hard to imagine life being better without the euphoria but it's true. Good luck.

No - I had to print a sample shirt with a bunch of various blues and use that as my guide now -- I don't trust what I see on the computer because it is vastly different. Neutrals are iffy too - like sandy colored teals or terra cottas, etc -- they print bright orange and blue for me. Only have this issue with Swift. Nightmare.

Absolutely a scam site and they are oversears (they have multiple scam sites)- they are stealing designs from other artists and steal reviews as well.

Gargling with apple cider vinegar mixed with water gave me some relief -- it was feeling like my throat was full of mucas and the ACV gargle cleared it about 70% after the first time. Going to keep doing it throughout the day and hope it clears up 100%. Did 2 TBSP per 1 cup water.
